HeadLice911 has always been made special by people – our employees and our customers. With the spread of this pandemic, we want you to know that there is no higher priority for us than the safety of our customers, our team and community. Our commitment remains focused on the health and well-being of our customers as well as employees. Customers have come to expect nothing but the best in our head lice treatment centers, and we strive to continually provide an incredible experience for those customers visiting us in person. We are requesting you schedule your appointment to help us maintain social distancing in our centers. Same day appointments are available. In addition, we are prepared to respond quickly on an as-needed basis to do our part in mitigating the spread of the virus. We thank you for your trust and business during this volatile time.
In these uncertain times, we are doing everything we can to protect the health of both our clients as well as our staff. We would like you to know that we have increased our already-thorough cleaning and sanitizing procedures to ensure there is no spread of communicable diseases on our part. Some things we are doing to ensure sanitation include but is not limited to cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces and tools after each client and washing our hands regularly and in between each client, and sanitizing all other items touched throughout the day (door knobs, key boards, light switches, and the like).
When anyone sick comes in the salon, we are all at risk of spreading illnesses to others as well as our friends and family who may have compromised immune systems in our community. Out of respect and courtesy to our community, our staff and other clientele, we kindly ask that if yourself, or a family member has been sick (fever, cough or shortness of breath), traveled overseas in the last few weeks, or may be showing any other signs of illness to please reschedule your appointment. Our staff promises to do the same. In the same respect, if you arrive for your appointment and appear to be sick we will kindly request for you to come back at another time.
We need to be in this together as a community and do whatever we are able to end this pandemic.
Because we know you count on us, we are staying open and keeping normal business hours. We plan on remaining open for business as usual, which will continue as long as we can do so safely. In addition, we are offering in home treatments for families who would prefer not going out.
